Видях в Еупедия, изследване на викинги с доста проби има и мъжки и женски линии ето тук грубо мъжките:

In order to explore the genomic history of the Viking era, we shotgun sequenced 442 ancient human
remains, from the Bronze Age c. 2400 BC to the Medieval Age c. 1600 AD (Fig. 1). The majority of
these individuals (n=376) were sequenced to between 0.1 and 11X average depth of coverage. The
dataset includes Bronze Age (n=2) and Iron Age (n=10) individuals from Scandinavia; Early Viking
Age (n=43) individuals from Estonia (n=34), Denmark (n=6) and Sweden (n=3); ancient individuals
associated with Norse culture from Greenland (n=23), VA individuals from Denmark (n=78), Faroe
Islands (n=1), Iceland (n=17), Ireland (n=4), Norway (n=29), Poland (n=8), Russia (n=33), Sweden
(n=118), UK (n=42), Ukraine (n=3) as well as medieval individuals from Faroe Islands (n=16), Italy
(n=5), Norway (n=7), Poland (n=2) and Ukraine (n=1). The VA individuals were supplemented with

"Abstract

The Viking maritime expansion from Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, and Sweden) marks one of the swiftest and most far-flung cultural transformations in global history. During this time (c. 750 to 1050 CE), the Vikings reached most of western Eurasia, Greenland, and North America, and left a cultural legacy that persists till today. To understand the genetic structure and influence of the Viking expansion, we sequenced the genomes of 442 ancient humans from across Europe and Greenland ranging from the Bronze Age (c. 2400 BC) to the early Modern period (c. 1600 CE), with particular emphasis on the Viking Age. We find that the period preceding the Viking Age was accompanied by foreign gene flow into Scandinavia from the south and east: spreading from Denmark and eastern Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia.

Despite the close linguistic similarities of modern Scandinavian languages, we observe genetic structure within Scandinavia, suggesting that regional population differences were already present 1,000 years ago. We find evidence for a majority of Danish Viking presence in England, Swedish Viking presence in the Baltic, and Norwegian Viking presence in Ireland, Iceland, and Greenland. Additionally, we see substantial foreign European ancestry entering Scandinavia during the Viking Age. We also find that several of the members of the only archaeologically well-attested Viking expedition were close family members. By comparing Viking Scandinavian genomes with present-day Scandinavian genomes, we find that pigmentation-associated loci have undergone strong population differentiation during the last millennia.

Finally, we are able to trace the allele frequency dynamics of positively selected loci with unprecedented detail, including the lactase persistence allele and various alleles associated with the immune response. We conclude that the Viking diaspora was characterized by substantial foreign engagement: distinct Viking populations influenced the genomic makeup of different regions of Europe, while Scandinavia also experienced increased contact with the rest of the continent."

В момента по форумите се работи трескаво да се определят точно на кои терминални SNP отговарят тези хаплогрупи. Както в видно, мнозинството са I1 и R1b западни клонове, долу-горе така е по Скандинавия и сега. Експанзията на I1 трябвало да e била преди Викинската ера, чува се, че няма само I1-L63, явно при нас определено не е от викингите. Този клон има някакво разпределение около Албания, Македония и Сърбия, интересно кой го е донесъл.

Някой си е поиграл да намери терминалните снипове на R1a на I2a. Оказва се, че всички R1a са под Z280 и L1029, няма от специфичните скандинавски Z284.

Трябва, обаче да се вземем предвид произхода на семпълите. Оказва се, че VK541 и VK542 са всъщност погребения на Рюрикиди. Това противоречи на на съвременните тестове на предполагаеми наследници, които са повечето N1c.

If I'm not mistaken, Gleb Svyatoslavovich was directly descended from Rurik himself.
And since he was I2a-Din, it makes the theory about I2a-Din Rurik more probable:
In terms of autosomal DNA, Gleb Svyatoslavovich (VK542) was ca. 71% Slavic and 25% South Euro (Table S6):
Another Rurikid prince tested in this publication was Izyaslav Ingvarovich - his haplogroup was R1a-L1029.
In terms of autosomal DNA, Izyaslav Ingvarovich (buried in Lutsk) - sample VK541 - was over 95% Slavic.

Както се вижда, още в Ранното средновековие наследниците на Рюрик са доста съмнителни, а какво остава до наши дни. Специално динарецът си е някой местен славянин, издигнал се до княжести статут, или някоя съпруга не е могла да чака докато мъжът е бил на дългите викински походи.

Всъщност горната таблица за R1a е само за семпъли с високо "полско" от аутозомните резултати. Ето анализа на всички R1a.

The R1a samples total 62 - all are R1a1-M198, and all except one (VK471 R1a1 Sweden) are R1a1a-L449.

28 out of 62 (45%) of R1a is of the typically Germanic R1a-Z284 (R1a1a1b1a3) - and all of them are R1a-L448 (R1a1a1b1a3a) except 1 (VK394 Norway Hedmark). Roughly 30% of R1a-L448 samples are from the Faroe Islands, the next largest cohorts being from Sweden and Norway (both around 19%), and then the UK and Estonia. There are also singleton Ladoga and Greenland samples.

There is no R1a-Z93 whatsoever.

The 3 R1a-M458 samples are all R1a-L1029 (R1a1a1b1a1a1c1), a typically Slavic lineage. The VK139 Denmark sample likely had a Slavic ancestor - or was a Slav, and shares the same resolution with the VK541 Ukraine Lutsk - but a West Slavic origin makes sense seeing the frequency this lineage has in contemporary West Slavs and - presumably - in the Wends. The Russian VK160 from Kurevanikha is from the typically East Slav R-YP417.

R-Z280 samples are dominated by R-CTS1211 (R1a1a1b1a2b) (7/10), with the other 3 being R-Z92 (R1a1a1b1a2a). The former is likely outright Slavic, and heavily R-L365 (R1a1a1b1a2b3a), YP235>YP234>YP238>R-L365 - with VK274 Denmark Langeland, VK484 Estonia Salme, and VK486 Estonia Salme all carrying it. The other 4 unidentified R1a1a1b1a2b are VK60, VK463, VK475 Sweden Gotland and VK282 Denmark Langeland. The Z92 carriers can be carrying Baltic lineages rather than Slavic ones, or Slavicised Baltic Z92.

21 R1a samples have no resolution below R1a-Z282 (R1a1a1b1a), and makeup roughly 33% of all R1a samples. They include:

Overall - it seems the R1a carriers with a resolution below R1a-Z282 have a large presence of not only typically Germanic lineages, but a large amount of typically Balto-Slavic and especially Slavic lineages. But seeing as how I1 and non-R1a lineages dominate this set - and most Balto-Slavic input seemingly being limited to R1a - this shouldn't be entirely unexpected.
